This isn’t about pressure or manipulation; it’s about participating in what God is already doing in people’s hearts.

The most effective soul winners I know aren’t the ones with the slickest presentations or the most theological training. They’re ordinary people who genuinely love others and have learned to recognize when God is at work. Sometimes that means planting seeds through acts of kindness, other times it’s watering through ongoing friendship, and occasionally it’s the privilege of helping someone take that final step toward faith.

Scripture makes it clear that we’re not responsible for the results, just the faithfulness. Some will plant, others will water, but God gives the increase. This should free us from both the pride that comes with “successful” evangelism and the discouragement that follows apparent “failure.” Our job is simply to be available, authentic, and obedient when opportunities arise.
